Due to a large number of questions regarding Ron Asheton’s funeral and possibility of paying respects, please be advised that a private memorial service for Ron Asheton attended by family members and his closest friends was held on January 13th in Ann Arbor. It is the wish of Ron’s Family that in the event anyone wants to honor Ron, donations should be made to his favourite charity - Humane Society (full info www.hshv.org )

There are many ways to make a Memorial donation to the Humane Society of Huron Valley in honor of Ron Asheton. Those making contributions should list Ron Asheton in the “Honoree Name” section of the electronic form. If the donor would like to notification of the donation sent to a family member or friend of Ron Asheton, they just need to complete the “Notify Someone of Your Gift” Section.
